Officer- Group Life Servicing (6 Months Contract)

You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient servicing of group life insurance policies by managing administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for carrying out detailed reviews of credit and debit balances, analyzing exceptions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate account reconciliation and closure.

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance, Finance, Business, or any other related course

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role

• Experience in Group Life servicing will be an added advantage.
