Sales Manager - Nairobi

You will supervise and coordinate all aspects of a Unit sales workstream in a Jubilee Life Branch. You will also develop strategies and lead initiatives to meet and grow the Unit's sales productivity, headcount, training, and culture.

• Minimum Age of – 25 years

• A Degree or Diploma

• Minimum Grade C- (Minus) in KCSE

• Diploma or Certificate in Insurance Certification (COP)

• Current Registration with IRA

• Min 1 Year experience in Sales Management or Min 2 Years as a successful Sales Agent

• Certification in Sales Management
