You will ensure optimal availability, configuration, and utilization of Jubilee Insurance CRM and Microsoft Dynamics applications to meet internal customer requirements. You will design and develop modifications or extensions, support integrations and data migration, and lead testing, documentation, and security and governance compliance for CRM systems.
