Deep technical expertise in software development, architecture, and engineering principles, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying complex software solutions.
Ability to collaborate between multiple teams to effectively plan initiatives, identify and mitigate risks and blockers, and deliver high-quality solutions for all applications owned
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, differentiate and develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and complex ideas to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
