
You will oversee and manage the operational aspects of the Human Capital function within the University. You will also focus on aligning talent management strategies with business objectives to ensure the University has the right people with the right skills.
At least a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or its close equivalent from an accredited/recognised institution.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or its close equivalent from an accredited/recognised institution.
Relevant professional certifications, such as Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP).
Practising Member of the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM) and in good standing.
At least 10 years of work experience.
At least 3 years working at a senior management level in a university or a similar institution.
Computer literacy skills.
