You will provide operational and administrative support in recruitment, internal placement, staff movements, and contract management functions. Your duties include maintaining the HRIS database, coordinating contract renewals, facilitating onboarding, and generating reports on recruitment metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from an accredited/recognised institution
CHRP or Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from an accredited/recognised institution
Must be a member of the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM)
Four (4) years of experience in Human Resources (HR)
Preferred: Experience in talent acquisition
Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices
Excellent IT skills
