Professor of Management

You will facilitate quality teaching, research, innovations, and linkages in the School of Business, aligning with the University’s strategic plans. You will also teach at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, conduct research, and provide leadership to ensure the highest levels of quality and integrity.

• An earned Ph.D. in Management or in a relevant field from an accredited and recognised University.

• Master’s Degree in Management or in a relevant field from an accredited and recognised University.

• At least three (3) years of demonstrated quality and progressive teaching experience as an Associate Professor or equivalent, and research experience.

• A minimum of six (6) high-quality publications in refereed journals since last promotion to the position of Associate Professor.

• Supervised a minimum of five (5) postgraduate students to completion, including at least two (2) at doctoral level.

• Attracted research or development funds as an Associate Professor or equivalent.

• Registered with the relevant professional body.

• Demonstrated evidence of service to the University and community.

• Evidence of both national and international contribution through scholarly meetings, conferences, research seminars and service in national/international advisory boards.
