Application Support Specialist

You will ensure the bank’s Technology system’s availability is not compromised by guaranteeing its timely accessibility 24/7. You will be responsible for the delivery of Technology services and administration in reporting, data analysis, ETL process integrity, test automation, and data quality assurance.

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field is required.

• Possession of a professional certification in Any IT Qualification will be an added advantage.

• Possession of a master’s degree in business administration will be an added advantage.

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.

• 2 years’ experience in knowledge in Computing platforms, operating systems and databases.

• 1 year experience in Knowledge in ETL, Oracle Fusion ERPs

• 1 year experience in System Administration (Windows/Unix).

• 1 year experience in Data warehousing & SQL.

• 1 year experience in General knowledge of file transfer services.
