You will provide technical support for the bank’s IT digital channels systems, requiring interaction with third-party service providers as well as other internal IT units. You will also be responsible for delivering well-tested business solutions and implementing upgrades for performance and security benefits.
Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer science/mathematics or related.
Professional qualification/Certification in ITIL, Linux, oracle database administration is an added advantage.
Master’s degree in any computer or business related, project management is an added advantage.
3 years’ work experience in the same or related role
2 years’ experience in Digital Channels (Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Agency Banking) administration.
2 years’ experience in Linux Server Administration.
1-year experience in IT Projects and Business analysis.
1-year experience in Change Management is an added advantage.
