You will be responsible for systems administration to ensure high availability, scalability, reliability and performance, which will in turn lead to superior customer experiences. You will also work closely with various stakeholders as level 3 production support, defining requirements, feature roadmaps, and change requests.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Technology related
MBA/Msc Master’s degree is an added advantage
Professional qualification in Project Management/Product Management/Agile is an added advantage
5 years’ work experience
At least 3 years’ experience in Mobile banking, internet banking and Digital lending support
At least 1-year experience in Payment Platform configuration and Support
At least 1-year experience in DevOps and Agile practice
2 years’ experience in Project Management/Relationship Management/Customer experience Management is desired
