You will be responsible for deal execution within the Advisory unit, carrying the responsibility for transaction structuring, transaction documentation, and financial modelling. You will work with the Senior Manager to execute mandates within debt capital markets, equities markets, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
A holder of a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
Possession of CIFA (added advantage)
Possession of CFA (added advantage)
Possession of CPA (added advantage)
Possession of a master’s degree in finance, Strategic planning or Business (added advantage)
5 or more years’ Experience in investment banking, Corporate Banking, Private Equity and or structured corporate finance
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in financial modelling
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Credit Analysis/Quants
Minimum of 4 years’ experience Debt /Equity/Structured products transaction structuring and execution
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Team management/leadership
