Solutions Architect

Identify and analyze business drivers to define architecture requirements, document business needs, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective solutions. Responsibilities include assessing technology environments, overseeing solution development, ensuring alignment with business strategies, and maintaining architectural frameworks. The role also involves facilitating discussions, resolving stakeholder conflicts, standardizing solution components, supporting quality assurance testing, and leading capacity management for current and future solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field of study

• Professional Qualifications        such as CBAP, TOGAF, ITIL Foundation, Design Thinking and Innovation (One or more certification) will be an added advantage

• Project Management/ Scrum Certifications such as PRINCE II/PMP/MSP/SMC/CSM/PMI-ACP is desired

• 7 years Total Minimum No of Technical Experience is Required

• 7+ years progressive experience in Information Technology is required

• 5 Years’ Experience in at least two IT disciplines such as (business architecture, application architecture, application development, middleware, microservices and Service Oriented Architecture) is required.

• 4 Years of Experience in Database management systems is desired

• 3 years Prior working experience with a formal enterprise architecture framework  is required

• 3 years of Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies, cloud computing and containerization.

• 3 Years of Excellent understanding of software delivery processes, (DevOps) and methodologies (i.e. waterfall, agile, hybrid).

• 3 Years of Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.

• 3 Years of Excellent planning and organizational skills with ability to breakdown complex items to actionable elements.

• 4 years Knowledge of all components of holistic enterprise architecture.

• 3 Years of Familiarity with graphical modeling approaches, tools and model repositories.

• 3 Years Ability to balance the long-term ("big picture") and short-term implications on individual components and projects.

• 3 Years Ability to liaise with all levels of management and subject matter experts across the industry and within the organization to drive adoption of solution Architecture.

• 3 Years of Highly developed soft skills, such as listening, empathy, and the ability to adjust communication style based on the audience.
