You will provide technical support, manage network infrastructure including firewalls and VPNs, and maintain staff endpoints. You will also administer Ubuntu servers, secure authentication systems, and ensure reliable backups and data protection.
Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in systems/network administration in a production environment
Skilled in pfSense management, including firewall rules, VPNs, VLANs, Captive Portal, and high-availability concepts
Proficient in Ubuntu Server (services, permissions, systemd, hardening, backups)
Proficient in Windows Server/Active Directory (DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, domain management)
Experienced with Zimbra email server administration and OpenMRS on Ubuntu
Capable of developing Bash and Python scripts for automation
Skilled in CCTV/NVR administration, storage management, and backup tooling
