The role

Job Description

You will provide clear information about the study to potential participants, screen them against eligibility criteria, administer study questionnaires and psychological assessments, conduct qualitative interviews, and maintain secure participant records and study documentation.

What you need

Requirements

Diploma in Nursing, Psychology, Clinical Medicine, Public Health, Community Health, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Demonstrated experience in both qualitative and quantitative data collections.
Preferred: Experience working in mental health or with vulnerable populations will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in computer applications, including Word and Excel, and experience using digital devices and electronic data collection tools such as REDCap.
For the position based in Turkana, preference will be given to candidates who are willing to work in Turkana and have knowledge of the local cultural context.
