You will head the laboratory quality management unit, ensuring all processes for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented, and maintained. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory entities like ISO 15189, perform internal audits, and provide oversight for all laboratory trainings.
Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: 0Biomedical Sciences, Medical Laboratory Science or relevant scientific qualifications from a recognized institution
Registration by the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB) or any registration body, with a valid current practicing license (preferred)
ISO 19011 internal audit for medical laboratory officer training (preferred)
Training in use of at least one statistical software package, e.g. STATA, R, SPSS or SAS (preferred)
