You will prepare, review, and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports while managing project payroll and logistics. You will also provide administrative support for study initiation, implementation, and closure, ensuring compliance with research regulations.
At least four (4) years relevant working experience
Knowledge of guidelines/procedures on management of projects
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Project Management, Project Administration, Research Administration, or Public Administration
Master’s Degree in Finance, Project Management, Project Administration, Research administration or Project planning
Certificate in Project Planning and Management
Supervisory Course lasting not less two (2) weeks from a recognized institution
Proficiency in computer applications
CPA -K
Member of ICPAK and in good standing
Strong accounting skills with software like Microsoft office and excel
Understanding of research regulations, compliance requirements and ethical guidelines
Added Advantage: Experience in grant application
