Responsible for overseeing the administration of pension schemes, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing contributions and benefits processing, and enhancing operational efficiency. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, optimizing pension fund performance, and implementing best practices in pension management.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Social Sciences, or related discipline from a reputable university.
• A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in pension benefits administration.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• High-level interpersonal and cross-cultural skills, including ability to build consensus,
alliances and collaborative relationships with sensitivity to diversity.
• Ability to be forward-thinking and use technology and other modern tools to drive decision-making and implementation.
