INTEGRITY OFFICER II, ETHICS, CENTRAL OFFICE

Reporting to the Chief Officer, Integrity & Ethics, this role is critical in ensuring adherence to governance regulations and promoting ethical practices. Key responsibilities include receiving and examining complaints through various channels from customers, staff, and stakeholders about suspected breaches of governance codes. The role involves managing the Lan-Support system, ensuring accurate and complete transaction reports, and advising complainants on resolving their issues. The candidate will monitor complaint progress, provide updates, and analyze cases for referral to relevant departments.
Additional duties include compiling weekly and quarterly reports, managing the ethics hotline, and maintaining a confidential departmental filing system. The position requires responding to inquiries, providing feedback, and supporting the smooth operation of the office. Disseminating ethics and integrity materials, such as flyers and pamphlets, to raise awareness on corruption prevention is also a key aspect. This role plays a pivotal part in fostering an ethical culture and enhancing stakeholder confidence
Requirements
Appointment Specification
Bachelor’s degree in social science from a recognized university.
Certified Ethics Officer or trained Integrity Assurance Officer
Hold a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in ethics, compliance or anti corruption matters.
Proficiency in report writing skills, records management and using software applications such as Microsoft Office suite and data analytics.
Knowledge of ethics program management and implementation.
