You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to advise clients on regulatory compliance, assist in revenue audits and tax dispute resolution. You will also advise on commercial contracts, corporate structures, and assist in implementing the Tax & Regulatory Services Strategy.
Bachelor's degree in laws from an accredited college/university.
Must have a minimum of 4 - 5 years of working experience in tax compliance and advisory within an accounting firm or similar environment.
Advocate of the High Court with at least four (4) years of post-admission experience in a busy commercial law firm.
Strong exposure to commercial law, corporate law, and tax dispute resolution.
Professional qualifications e.g., ACCA, CPA are highly desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Access.
Experience performing internet research.
Good knowledge of Tax laws, rules and regulations.
Working knowledge of accounting information systems and Tax tools.
