You will be responsible for troubleshooting system incidents, providing general support, and training business systems users. You will also document business requirements and supervise staff to ensure implementation of approved Systems Change Requests (SCRs).
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or other related field from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in Computer Applications.
Membership to a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Certification in ITIL
Certification in Certified Business Analysis Professional CBAP
Certification in Project Management
