You will provide support for the day-to-day operations of the Madison Group SAP system, focusing on the Finance and Controlling (FICO) module. You will also be responsible for SAP FICO configuration, user management, and supporting all SAP users to ensure continuous system improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems or a related field
Minimum 4 years experience as a SAP FICO Analyst or an SAP FICO Consultant
Experience configuring SAP FICO modules (GL, AR, AP, AA, CO-OM, CO-PC, CO-PA)
Experience with integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD) and core insurance systems
Experience with system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Ability to provide Level 2 and 3 support for SAP FICO issues
Experience collaborating with ABAP developers for custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces
Knowledge of IFRS 17, local accounting standards, and internal audit controls
Experience with SAP upgrades, patching, and enhancement projects
Experience with information management frameworks such as ISO and ITIL
Proven experience managing digital platforms (web/mobile/API) in a high-availability environment
Familiarity with SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA or SAP Analytics Cloud (preferred)
Experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector (preferred)
