
This internship involves contacting customers to negotiate repayment schedules, processing debt collection correspondence, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The intern will maintain accurate customer records, build positive relationships, resolve inquiries, and work towards achieving debt recovery targets.
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or related field
Relevant Call center experience will be an added advantage
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive

Excellent listening skills
Excellent computer skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to adapt quickly and work independently
Fluent in English and Swahili
