
This role involves developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for new employees, agents, and dealers on Mogo’s products, loan processes, and CRM systems. The trainer will create materials, evaluate program effectiveness, and collaborate with sales management to identify and address training needs, ensuring proficiency in using company systems.
Proven experience as a trainer or in a teaching role, preferably in sales or finance
Experience in training people on using apps or software is a must
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Ability to create effective training materials and courses
Familiarity with mobile apps and CRM systems used in device financing
Fluency in English and Swahili
