Responsible for leading specialized healthcare delivery, formulating clinical policies, fostering partnerships in research and training, promoting innovation, and ensuring efficient resource management at MTRH
A minimum period of fifteen (15) years of relevant work experience with at least ten (10) years of experience in a Senior Management position.
Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.Ch.B) degree from an institution recognized by the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board.
Master’s degree
Registration Certificate by the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board.
Valid practicing license from the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board.
Specialist recognition certificate from the Medical Practitioners and Dentist Board.
Retention in the Medical Practitioners and Dentist Board register.
Leadership/Management course lasting not less than six (6) weeks from a recognized institution.
Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010.
Proficiency in computer applications skills.
Demonstrated high professional competence and administrative capability.
