PhD in relevant area of specialization from a recognized University.
At least 3 years’ of working in project-driven partnerships with local and foreign-based public and private sectors including universities.
Proven knowledge, skills and experience on entrepreneurship and innovation promotion, grant proposals writing/fundraising.
Skills in communication; capacity to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders; leadership skills; ability to work under minimum supervision; computer literacy.
OR
A Master’s Degree in any relevant discipline from a recognized Institution who:
Must be registered for a PhD programme at a recognized University and provide proof of admission.
Must have at least 5 years’ experience in project-driven partnerships with local and foreign-based public and private sectors including universities.
Must have proven knowledge, skills and experience on entrepreneurship and innovation promotion, grant proposals writing/fundraising.
Must have perfect skills in communication; capacity to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders; leadership skills; ability to work under minimum supervision; computer literacy.
Must be able to work under minimum supervision and be computer literate.
