
You will provide strategic leadership in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the University’s Quality Assurance systems to ensure compliance and foster excellence. This role requires you to champion quality awareness, monitor compliance with service charters, coordinate internal and external evaluations, and align quality management with the university's strategic plan.
Must hold a PhD degree from a recognized and accredited university
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant university experience, including demonstrated leadership in, Academic Administration, Quality Assurance, curriculum development, programme accreditation, or related academic processes.
A Master’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Higher Education Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, or related discipline)
At least 5 years’ relevant university experience, including leadership in, Academic Administration, Quality Assurance, curriculum development, accreditation or related academic processes
Expertise in Quality Assurance – Strong knowledge of national and international higher education quality assurance frameworks, including CUE regulations, professional body requirements, and global best practices.
Strong capability in monitoring, evaluation, data analysis, and evidence-based decision-making to ensure continuous improvement.
