
You will serve as the first point of contact for ICT support within the Mombasa campus. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software, as well as providing user support for various university systems.
Diploma in ICT/Computer Science or any other related field from a recognized academic institution.
3 years’ experience in a similar position.
Ability to install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, WiFi AP and related ICT equipment.
Experience providing user support on university systems including UniRP, vLMS, email, OES.
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and basic network connectivity problems.
Experience supporting ICT operations in teaching, learning, and administrative environments.
Ability to maintain accurate inventory records of ICT equipment and consumables.
Knowledge of ICT security policies and ability to report any breaches or system misuse.
Ability to document support activities and generate periodic user support reports.
