You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of a Student Life strategy, managing the Dorm Mother(s) and School Nurse, and ensuring the development and accountability of your direct reports. This role requires you to teach a maximum of twelve lessons per week and perform administrative duties related to student housing and safety.
Bachelor’s Degree in Education
TSC certified
Masters degree in education/ social sciences is not compulsory, it would be an added advantage
Experience as a Boarding mistress
Experience with youth development in various settings such as sports coaching, mentoring/counseling, etc.
Significant experience in senior management
Proven record of success in leading student life programs
An awareness, understanding and experience of issues relating to safeguarding the health, welfare and safety of children
