Business Development Officer- Pensions

You will ensure the sales of OMLAK Pensions Solutions to identified market segments and achieve the set sales budget for the year. You will also build and maintain relationships with intermediaries, the pensions operations department, and other key teams to ensure smooth operations.

• At least 2 years’ relevant experience

• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements of the pensions markets

• Technical Knowledge – product, process, and KYC/AML compliance requirements knowledge

• Experience with Online platforms and sales and lead generation

• Business related degree

• Sales experience

• Evidence of Pensions administration and associated Employee Benefits will be an added advantage

• NQF Level 3 & NQF Level 2 - Below school leaving
