
You will deliver high-quality lessons and facilitate training sessions in business-related courses such as Business Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, and Entrepreneurship. You will plan lessons, prepare materials, assess student performance, and provide timely feedback. You will also manage course content, foster a positive learning environment, provide academic advising and mentorship, and continuously update your knowledge and skills. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks like maintaining records and collaborating on departmental improvements.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Commerce (BCOM), Economics, or a related field.
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) qualification, Level 4 or higher.
At least 2 years of experience in teaching or training in a business-related discipline.
Proven ability to engage and inspire students in a classroom setting.
Knowledge of business and economic trends, management principles, and accounting practices.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Leadership experience in an educational or business-related setting (added advantage).
Ability to mentor and guide junior staff or students (added advantage).
Demonstrated experience in leading projects or student groups effectively (added advantage).
