Reporting to the Team manager, Region the position holder will be responsible for RAN Maintenance and operations, Energy efficiency activities within assigned 100+ Safaricom Base Transceiver Stations in the assigned region to deliver an always ON network with an availability of >99.80%.
1. A minimum of bachelor’s degree in IT, telecommunications or related fields
2. Willingness to unlearn, learn and relearn.
3. Work and execute under minimal or no supervision
