Engineer - Ran Optimization (Coast Region)

You will be involved in the optimization of 2G/3G/4G/5G mobile services to deliver a superior network service experience for customers. Your role will focus on delivering on the customer promise by working on Network NPS, CSSR, CDR, CST, MOS & DL/UL Throughput targets and managing customer complaints.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering

• Hands–on experience on GSM, WCDMA, LTE Optimization

• Practical knowledge on use of any radio planning tools and nominal cell planning

• Practical knowledge in data analysis and manipulation via Excel tool

• Experience on Nokia and/or Huawei equipment

• Data science and coding experience

• Knowledge and experience in RAN hardware configuration

• Valid driving license and experience
