You will oversee the daily sales operations of sales representatives assigned to a particular geographical area. You will also develop effective sales strategies, ensure sales targets are met, and manage relationships with distributors and retailers.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 6+ years management experience in operational excellence, distributor/customer management and customer service
Detailed understanding of the products the company is selling
Demonstrate competence in at least 2 commercial technical functions
Sound understanding of the sales environment
Knowledge on financial projections, profit story and financial performance visa vis targets
Must be willing to work anywhere in the country
Valid (BCE) driving license with no recent driving violations
