You will be responsible for delivering a seamless world-class customer experience across all customer touchpoints with the utmost level of consistency and professionalism. You will also handle customer queries, open and reactivate accounts, cross-sell bank products, and ensure strict compliance with all bank processes and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of second class honors
Good Communication Skills (written and verbal)
Knowledge of customer service management processes and procedures
MS proficiency – Excel, PowerPoint, word etc
