You will manage the Bank’s Retail non-performing portfolio by adopting appropriate strategies to minimize credit losses and ensure portfolio profitability. You will initiate recovery processes, review delinquent files, and recommend restructures or write-offs in accordance with regulations.
University degree in a Business-related field from a recognized institution
3 years’ experience in a Debt Recovery function with at least 1 year in managing Retail accounts
CPA/ACCA or relevant professional qualification
Experience working with External Debt Managers
Sound understanding of credit life-cycle and debt recovery process/techniques
Knowledge of regulatory and legal environment regarding debt recovery
