Job Description

This role involves developing and institutionalizing a benefits realization framework, defining measurement criteria, ensuring articulation of expected benefits, partnering with Finance, collaborating with stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional engagement, establishing processes, integrating benefits tracking, conducting benefit reviews, leading and mentoring, driving a culture of value deliv

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred

  • 5–8 years of experience in benefits realization, portfolio management, finance, or strategic project delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

  • Strong track record in engaging senior stakeholders, particularly in Finance and Strategy functions

  • Proven ability to design and embed processes, frameworks, and governance structures in complex organizations

  • Experience in financial analysis, business case development, and ROI measurement

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, MSP, MoP, or Benefits Management certifications (e.g., Managing Benefits) are an added advantage.
