
You will coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the Customer Contact Centre, including providing weekend and holiday shift coverage. You will also monitor Customer Contact Centre Representatives' activity and ensure all procedures are performed in accordance with the organization's objectives and bank guidelines.
A university degree from a recognized institution
A minimum of five years bank experience
At least three years experience in Branch operations
Experience in customer service environments will be an added advantage
Experience in Contact Centre will be an added advantage
Knowledge of computer and communication systems
Team management skills
Multitasking skills
Excel and reporting skills
