Officer – Mortgage

You will be responsible for supporting the Manager – Mortgage in implementing the management, growth, and profitability of the Mortgage Business. You will also implement efficient and effective Operational Risk Management, Customer Service, and Sales Culture.

• University Degree or Diploma

• At least 5 years of experience in mortgage product management, ideally within the banking or financial services sector

• Deep understanding of loan products and the mortgage market, including regulatory and compliance aspects

• Professional Banking qualification (AKIB) is an added advantage
