You will handle procurement functions by offering administrative and technical support to the existing procurement team, focusing on supplier management, internal user relations, and routine procurement activities. This role involves requisitioning, enforcing policy compliance, and maintaining procurement records.
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Added Advantage: Certification in CIPS or Diploma in Procurement
At least two years relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management
Certified member of procurement & supply professional
Good negotiation and supplier management skills
Knowledge of procurement regulations and procedures
Good oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to assimilate and articulate Bank policies
Thorough understanding of bank’s operations / ADC procedures
Ability to establish own work schedule and work under minimum supervision
Knowledge of Bank’s organizational structures and operational procedures
Good analytical skills
