
You will be responsible for managing client relationships to achieve set sales targets and ensure sustained business growth in the assigned customer segment. You will sell, cross-sell, and upsell the bank’s products and services while building long-term profitable customer relationships.
University degree or above in a relevant business discipline e.g. business administration or finance
At least 4 years’ experience in retail banking and/or commercial banking
Minimum of 2 years sales experience
Sound knowledge of Retail Banking/SME products, services and processes
Exposure in retail banking branch operations or customer service delivery
Profound understanding of retail market, key competitors and offerings
Thorough understanding of CBK regulatory framework and pertinent regulations impacting corporate customers
Diploma in Banking – AKIB (added advantage)
