You will manage client relationships to achieve sales targets and ensure sustained business growth within the assigned customer segment. Your role involves selling and cross-selling bank products while building long-term profitable relationships and ensuring compliance with credit policies.
University degree or above in a relevant business discipline e.g. business administration or finance
At least 5 years’ experience in retail banking and/or commercial banking
Minimum of 3 years sales experience
Sound knowledge of Retail Banking/SME products, services and processes
Exposure in retail banking branch operations or customer service delivery
Profound understanding of retail market, key competitors and offerings
Thorough understanding of CBK regulatory framework and pertinent regulations impacting corporate customers
Added advantage: Diploma in Banking – AKIB
