Officer, Asset & Property Management

You will execute the Property & Asset Management functional framework for Real Estate Services by providing specialist support in the stewardship and control of the Bank’s real estate portfolio. You will support space planning, maintain fixed asset management governance, and ensure accommodation requirements align with strategic objectives.

• First Degree in Project Management, Real Estate, Property Studies, Land Economics, Valuation & Estate Management, Engineering, Facilities Management or any other related field.

• Highly Desirable: Professional qualifications in Facilities & Asset Management, Valuation and Property Management.

• 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate Management.

• Experience in property & asset management preferably within the banking or financial services sector.

• Proven experience in managing the lifecycle of fixed assets and leases including negotiations and the related regulatory compliance.

• Exposure to commercial or institutional property portfolios.

• Familiarity with operational risk management, governance frameworks and adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Experience managing and engaging with various stakeholders at a senior level.

• Experience in report writing for management or governance forums.

• Sound knowledge of market trends and best practices in asset and property management.

• Financial acumen including budget management and cost control.

• Risk management and problem-solving expertise.
