
You will handle banking matters for Personal, Prestige, and Private Banking clients, addressing everything from product questions to account activities. You will accurately assess client needs to provide immediate solutions that align with client experience standards, product guidelines, and legislative requirements.
First Degree
3-4 years of experience in Personal and Private Banking
Relevant sales and service qualification
Relevant sales and service experience
Experience in branch banking or contact centre environment
Good understanding of bank processes, policies and products
Technical Competency in Application & Submission Verification
Technical Competency in Banking Process & Procedures
Technical Competency in Client Acceptance & Review
Technical Competency in Customer Understanding
Technical Competency in Product Knowledge
