You will assist the Director in the administration and coordination of departmental functions and provide strategic oversight in implementing gender and social welfare programs. You will also coordinate partnerships, ensure compliance with policy frameworks, and develop departmental budgets.
Served as Chief Gender and Social Development Officer for at least three (3) years
Master’s Degree in Gender Studies, Sociology, or related field
Certificate in Strategic Leadership or Senior Management Development Course
Registered with a relevant professional body (where applicable)
