You will prepare county, urban, and rural physical development plans and provide guidance on data requirements for these plans. You will also implement physical planning policies, conduct public education, and advise liaison committees on enforcement of resolutions.
Served in the grade of Principal Physical Planner for a minimum period of three (3) years
Bachelors degree in any of the following disciplines: nullUrban and Regional Planning, Urban Planning or Town Planning from a recognized institution
Masters degree in any of the following disciplines: nullUrban and Regional Planning, Urban Planning, Regional Planning or Town Planning from a recognized institution
Membership to the Kenya Institute of Planners or Architectural Association of Kenya (Town Planning Chapter)
Registration by the Physical Planners Registration Board
Strategic leadership or management training
Certificate in computer application skills
