You will oversee the implementation of co-operative development policies, coordinate the monitoring of projects, and facilitate co-operative education programmes. You will also ensure proper management of societies through advisory services and manage departmental performance.
Served in the grade of Deputy Director, Cooperative Development for a minimum period of three (3) years
Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: nullCommerce, Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Sociology, Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Engineering, Co-operative Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Management, Management and Organizational Development, Finance or Agri-business from a recognized institution
Master’s degree in any of the following disciplines: nullCommerce, Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Sociology, Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Engineering, Co-operative Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Management, Management and Organizational Development, Finance or Agri-business from a recognized institution
Certificate in Strategic Leadership Development Programme lasting for not less than six (6) weeks from a recognized institution
Certificate in computer application skills
