You will innovate and design Human Resource strategies, develop terms and conditions of service, and provide guidance on HR policy matters. You will also set performance standards, identify training needs, and manage collective bargaining with trade unions.
Served in the grade of Deputy Director of Human Resource Management or in a comparable and relevant position in the Public Service for a minimum period of three (3) years
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations/Public or Business Administration/Government or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution
