The role

Job Description

You will develop, implement and evaluate assigned programmes and projects, provide technical advisory support on urban planning and local governance, coordinate policy development, and support resource mobilization efforts.

What you need

Requirements

Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in architecture, civil engineering, urban and regional planning, economics or physical sciences relevant to human settlements, or a first-level university degree with two additional years of experience
A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in project or programme management in human settlements or a related field
Experience in urban planning and design, urban management, participatory planning processes and/or local governance
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in urban resilience, displacement, or durable solutions programming in post-crisis or fragile contexts
Fluency in English
