Responsible for supporting administrative and financial tasks, including record-keeping, budgeting assistance, invoice processing, and general office management. Assists in preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
An advanced university degree (Master’s degree, equivalent, or higher) in environmental sciences, international development, architecture, urban planning, ecosystem management, biodiversity conservation, climate change adaptation, natural resource management, environmental protection, sustainable development, business administration, political or social sciences, or a related field is required.
A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree.
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
Be enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher).
Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree program (minimum bachelor's level or equivalent).
Have graduated with a bachelor's degree, master's, PhD, or equivalent.
Applicants to the UN Internship Programme are not required to have professional work experience, but a field of study closely related to the type of internship being applied for is required.
