Responsible for supporting research and analysis on urban law and governance, assisting in policy development, and contributing to legal frameworks that promote sustainable urban development. Engages in drafting reports, reviewing legal documents, and supporting capacity-building initiatives.
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements at the time of application:
Be enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher).
Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree program (minimum Bachelor's level or equivalent).
Have graduated with a Bachelor's degree, Master’s, Ph.D., or equivalent.
Be computer literate in standard software applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
Demonstrate a keen interest in the work of the United Nations and a personal commitment to the ideals of the Charter.
Demonstrate the ability to successfully interact with individuals of different cultural backgrounds and beliefs, including a willingness to understand and be tolerant of differing opinions and views.
